I was seen in October. All my medications were discussed and she decided i should continue them. She failed to call in a refill for one of them at that time.
When I needed to refill it in February she refused to do so until I scheduled another appointment and came into the office. Wouldn’t write a bridge prescription to hold me over until she had an opening. Wouldn’t schedule a virtual.
I had to take the afternoon off of work. Saw Ashley Hoffman, who is wonderful, and was very confused as to why I needed to be there.

I have been seeing Megan Webb for many years now, for skin checks and various (luckily) minor skin concerns. She is so straightforward and down to earth, with the kindest demeanor. Just like what I always loved about Dr. Rockoff. The whole practice is great.

Hannah is sweet and very professional. My latest visit was a follow up to a biopsy of a skin issue.
I have been going to this dermatologist for at.least 20 years.

Not sure I know of anyone that enjoys a visit to the doctor's office and for me especially, with my childish fear of needles. But along the way came Megan Webb who eased the pain of it all. I have been a patient of Megan Webb's for about 10 years. She is personable, able to put me at ease, invested in my care and thoughtful of my concerns and treatment. Recently she found a growth that required surgery. It was her diligence that saved me and I am so grateful.

I am so grateful I was able to be seen by Dr. Houston so quickly when I had a suspicious mole appear on my leg that needed immediate attention; he identified and biopsied it and it wound up being melanoma. Dr. Houston expedited my biopsy and kept in direct communication with me while providing me with a clear understanding of what would happen next. He was extremely thoughtful and thorough in his explanation. He has stayed in contact with me to check in and has followed my care through Dana Farber. I am extremely grateful for his attentiveness and highly recommend Dr. Houston.

Quick visit, but i was able to ask my questions and get information. Dr. Houston was very polite and warm, though he seemed a bit rushed for time. I would love to come back and would recommend him around me
